2. Are Peptigenyx products regulated or approved by the FDA?

4. Do I need specific credentials to purchase from Peptigenyx?

Yes. By placing an order with Peptigenyx, you confirm that you:

• Are a licensed researcher, a laboratory or academic institution engaged in legitimate scientific research, or an individual with verifiable qualifications using the materials strictly for research purposes.

Peptigenyx reserves the right to request documentation validating credentials and may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

5. What forms of payment does Peptigenyx accept?

Peptigenyx accepts major credit cards and secure online payment methods processed through reputable third-party payment providers. For security and compliance purposes, Peptigenyx does not directly store, handle, or process customer credit card information.

 

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed with Peptigenyx are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary based on the selected carrier and the shipping destination.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, Peptigenyx is not responsible for delays related to courier operations, customs clearance (if applicable), weather events, or inaccuracies in the shipping information provided at checkout.
